2 Great Toning Workouts For Women In Collaboration With EliteSports & BornTough

toning workouts for women, women, workout, fitness, strength, strong,

Hi loves! Today I’m sharing two of my favorite toning workouts for women to do. During this time, I truly believe being active is a great escape from the daily issues surrounding our lives. During the quarantine, I found a great peace doing a workout and after I felt so strong and proud of myself. I hope you find the same. I also want to tell you, it’s okay to spend an hour or so focusing on nothing but YOURSELF.

Our mental health is just as important as anything else. Here are two toning workouts for women that I’ve done, and nothing is needed except yourself and a pair of dumbbells. I love that fitness can be a way to relieve our daily stress, tension within ourselves all while strengthen our bodies.

Elite Sports & Born Tough Collaboration

I’m excited to say this post is sponsored by EliteSports & BornTough. I’m wearing the BornTough Contoured Tracksuit Bottom in black. It fits like a glove, and is completely great material. I’m wearing a size Medium and love the jogger look they have but fit like leggings. You can tell the material is strong for any type of workout you do, even something as tough as CrossFit. I wore the contoured tracksuit bottoms to the gym last week for squats and felt super comfortable and they are not see through at all.

They do have a cotton lining inside which was great because last week the weather was in the 40’s-50’s in Florida. Kept me warm and insulated but also works great for the hotter South Florida weather as well. I’m linking both of their website so you can check out their collections. I truly do love their joggers and looking to get them in grey or even the rose color.

This collaboration is an exchange for my honest opinion of their collection and based off the contoured tracksuit bottoms, I’m very happy with the quality, wearability, and fit of their clothing. Rated 10 out of 10 for me! Let me know if you have any questions and happy shopping! So let’s get started with both toning workouts for women!

Look like joggers but hold in everything, super comfortable

Toning Workouts For Women:

For the arms, you’re going to need two dumbbells. I’m using 5 lb. dumbbells and you can find some at my Amazon storefront here. I do receive a commission through Amazon but at no extra cost to you. If you are new to working out, I would recommend using lighter ones, maybe like 2 lbs.

Trust me, you’ll feel it regardless and there’s no need to be extra sore and not work out for the next couple of days due to going too hard the first day. Stay light and then work up to a heavier weight. All I had were 5lbs. which is lighter than I normally would use so I love to focus on form and try to go slower and not use momentum to help. The slower you go the more you are working and activating those muscles.

Fire Arms Workout: 3 rounds

  • 15 burpees
  • 15 push ups (use knees for alternative)
  • 15 chest flies on back w/ dbs.
  • 15 overhead extensions w/ db.
  • 15 strict press w/ dbs.
  • 15 bent over rows w/ dbs. (make sure you pull towards your hips to work those lats)
  • 15 tricep push ups (use knees for alternative)
  • 15 bicep curls w/ dbs. (if too heavy, do one at a time)
  • Then REST for 1:00

Try to continue through the workout without stopping until you get to the rest. If you need to rest, take a small rest and get back at it. Move slow with these movements. The slower and better form you have, the better the results will be. So, take your time as you go through the workout, burn the sweat and escape for the moment. Also once you’ve done all 3 rounds make sure you stretch properly

Booty Burn Workout 4 rounds

  • 20 squats
  • 20 slow donkey kicks into a fire hydrant
  • 20 alternating curtsy lunges
  • 20 glute bridges w/ db. (slow and controlled, hold at top for 1 second and squeeze glutes)
  • 20 deadlifts (make sure your back is flat and this movement is slow and controlled)
  • :60 jump rope or jumping jacks
  • 1:00 min. REST

This one is a burner, but these exercises are great for toning and firming the glutes. Go through it at your own pace, take a break if you need it but not for too long. You want to feel the burn in your glutes. This is a great burner and honestly should leave you sweaty and feeling good. If you need a good workout playlist, here are some of my favorites

Both of these toning workouts for women are designed to get you moving and feeling the burn. Give yourself some time during the day or after work but before you make dinner to whine down from the stress of the day. Working out releases good endorphins that we need during these crazy times. Keep your body active and moving.

I hope these toning workouts for women can help get you moving and motivated to do something for you. YOU ARE IMPORTANT! Fitness and mental health do go hand in hand. If you have any questions, send me a direct message or leave a comment below.
