New Year, New 2019 Resolutions And How To Keep Them

Hi loves! Its 2019, which means 2019 resolutions, new mindset, practically a whole new you. My last post was my year in review and honestly, I accomplished a lot I set out to do. Some resolutions were kept others not so much. But today, I’ll go over my resolutions and a couple ways to keep your resolutions going. So thank you (2018), next (2019)!

  • Grow my BLOG more and possibly start a YouTube channel.
  • Work out CONSISTENTLY (I was good until September)
  • CAREER CHANGE.
  • Work on MYSELF! (You can always become a better person.)

Tips To Keeping Your 2019 Resolutions:

Start out with a plan. You can’t just dive right into your 2019 resolutions without a game plan. If your resolution is to save money, how much a week is reasonable for you to save? Don’t say 100 and know it’ll be spent after or transferred right back into your checking account. Make it small, maybe like 15 at first, then grow from there. Planning ahead is key to making your 2019 resolution become obtainable.

Put in the work. You can’t make a resolution to go workout more without physically going and signing up or having your workout planned. I know for me I plan to workout at my CrossFit gym for 4 times a week. I’m getting ready to go right after I post this. You gotta be willing to put in the work to make your 2019 resolution happen. If your feeling tried from work and just don’t want to go, change your mindset. Think how much better you’ll feel after you accomplish your workout. Put in the work. Create the change in yourself. You got this!

2019 resolutions

Stay HUNGRY. 2019 is a long year and you may lose sight of your 2019 resolution by September like I did. The key here is too stay hungry. You can create the change you wanted for yourself. If you haven’t traveled yet, there is STILL TIME left in the year. Don’t rush anything. Stay hungry to accomplish your goal, don’t give in. Growing my blog and possibly starting a YouTube channel is scary. I want to do it, just learning how and making time to learn about everything is a lot. Maybe not in the beginning months of 2019 but maybe just maybe by later in the year, I’LL BE READY to launch!

2019 Is Our Year:

Don’t let anyone defer you from your 2019 resolution. You’re in charge of your own story. We’re only on DAY 2! Take things slow and stay hungry to accomplish what you set out to do. People FAIL, it happens. Don’t get too worked up about it. One day went bad, well tomorrow is a BRAND NEW day. I have FAITH in all of you. I believe you can accomplish your goals.
